Pure Infusion

Private infusion suites for biologic and specialty therapies, with more than 75 centers in 14 states.

BUILD co-founded Pure Infusion in 2018 to give patients a better place to receive infusion therapy than a hospital outpatient department. Pure opened its first clinic in Billings, Montana in April 2019 and announced a $40 million financing that October.

Pure Infusion merged with AleraCare in partnership with Hildred Capital in November 2025. In May 2026 Pure Infusion launched its national brand from a new headquarters in Sandy, Utah. It operates private infusion suites providing biologic and specialty therapies for chronic conditions. BUILD remains a founder and board member.
