We provide access to unique direct investment opportunities on a global platform. BUILD Capital Partners allows investors the chance to evaluate opportunities in industries including: Healthcare, Energy, Technology, and SAAS. We are stage agnostic and will participate in early stage ventures as well. Everything BUILD presents investors is evaluated and scrutinized though our own due diligence process first. If it meets our criteria we then take a position within the portfolio company and bring in additional outside capital for funding.

Build CAPITAL takes a unique business development approach to raising money across a verity of industries: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, & Small Business. We find the project first, then raise the needed capital from our pool of LP's.
Build GROWTH
Build GROWTH is focused on investing in proven businesses that need growth capital. We assist with strategy, branding, marketing, leadership, systems, and scalability. GROWTH also provides these services for our internal projects.
Build LABS
Build LABS is our business incubator/accelerator. In LABS, our goal is to incubate companies until they reach $1M in topline revenue. These are usually but not always internal ventures started by BUILD. We are always looking for product or software opportunities.
Build IMPACT
Build IMPACT is where our biggest passions lie. Our focus is to create sustainable change in the lives of both communities and employees. All of our impact initiatives run through the Safe Harbor Foundation a registered 501c3.
Traditional Venture Capital
Traditional VC takes a 2% fee to manage a fund and asks for 20% performance fee in any portfolio company invested in. The limited partners don’t have any say in the deployment of the capital outside of the perimeters agreed upon when establishing said fund. Depending on who you talk with, 30-75% of VC backed companies fail.
BUILD Capital Partners
BUILD has the flexibility to find direct investment opportunities for their limited partners. BUILD only raises capital after the opportunity has been vetted and the investment committee has found it meets the proper criteria. BUILD then takes an equity position with an embedded executive working hand-in-hand with the management team. This fully aligns both the investor and the business owner for future success.
